Colón Salvadoreño Aged Rumrye

“A four year old Straight Rye Whiskey made from 100% rye. Distilled in an all-copper column still and aged in new white oak barrels, #4 “alligator” charcoal in the staves and #2 charcoal in the heads. It is then aged for four years in traditional brick houses built in 1847. After ageing, the rye whiskey is blended and “married” with the rum. Finally, the liquids spend a honeymoon in steel tanks to create the perfect blend.”
